To conduct household survey of every property/open land in the jurisdiction of Nagar Parishad Barshi and help in computerization for valuation and tax calculation of land and buildings in the jurisdiction.-1. Prepare zone map, ward map for tax planning work in collaboration with the Municipal Council and submit the report to the Municipal Council. 2 Survey of the property (building or land) in collaboration with the Municipal Council and collect information and analysis of the property and submit the report of the surveyed property to the Municipal Council. 3 Preparing sketch diagram and case paper of each asset. To verify the records of the Municipal Council and to identify duplicate and unknown properties and submit the report to the Municipal Council. 4 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, with the cooperation of the Municipal Council, should submit the tax assessment and draft report of the property as per the capital value or taxable value method as per section 112 and 114 of the Industrial Cities Act 1965 to the Municipal Council. 5 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, prepare a report under Section 119 (Information Notice) of the Industrial Civil Act 1965 and submit it to the Municipal Council. 6 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, with the cooperation of the Municipal Council, should submit the report of the Municipal Council by distributing section 119 (information notice) of the Industrial City Act 1965. 7 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, with the cooperation of the Municipal Council, prepare the report of the final tax assessment list of the entire property as per Section 121 of the Industrial Civil Act 1965 and submit it to the Municipal Council. 8 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, prepare a report under Section 150 (Demand Bill) of Industrial Civil Act 1965 and submit the new demand bill to Chapun Municipal Council. 9 Maharashtra Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat, with the cooperation of the Municipal Council, should submit the report of the Municipal Council by distributing section 150 (demand bill) of the Industrial Civil Act 1965. 10. Prepare desktop software to computerize the survey data collected under the survey conducted by the property tax department and submit the report to the city council. 11 Municipal Councils property tax department prepares a demand bill for the property tax department under annual maintenance and repair for 5 years and submits the report to the city council.
