Grading II 3 Providing, laying and spreading and compactingcrushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to wet mix macadam Specifications including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill)as per design mix, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with moter grader/F.E. loader/paver finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared Under-base and compacting with vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Diversion etc. (MoRTH Specification : Clause 406) with all lead & lift 4 Construction of un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement M30(Grade), thickness as per design,over a prepared subbase, with 43/53grade cement asper Clause602.2.2,coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm,mixed in a fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continous agitated mixer,manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C.from transit mixer to site of laying,with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer incharge laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using Fixed Form Paver and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion,construction joints ,applying debondingstrips, primer,sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and constructionjoints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (DowelBarswillbepaid seprately).
