Tender For 6 - Recarpetting, Strenghthening Of Bt Road At Ganpati Nagar In Uit Chittorgarh - Providing, laying and spreading and compactingcrushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to wet mix macadam Specifications including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill)as per design mix, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with moter grader/F.E. loader/paver finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared Under-base and compacting with vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Diversion etc. (MoRTH Specification : Clause 406) with all lead & lift 2 Providing and applying tack coat on theprepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturers Specifications @ 0.2 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH Specifications : CI 502, 112 3 Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 504 50/75mm compacted thickness with 3.4% bitumen VG30 grade with lead of mix Material 1 km 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per Design Mix on prepared surface with specified graged stone aggregates as per table 500-17, for wearing course including loading of agreegates with F.E. Loader and hot mixing ofbinder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and 2% filler with aggregates in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH, Transporting the mixed material with tipper to paver, and laying with paver finisher (as per Clause 504-3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 kN, TP = 0.7 Mpa. to achive the desired density (approved by the department as per job mix)excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (MoRTH Specifications : clause 504) 30-45mm compacted with 6% binder with lead of mix material 1km (a) with straight run bitumen grade VG30 5 Road Marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with reflectrorising glass beads on bituminous surface Provoding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thichness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from Streaks and holes.
