5 Layer SHR Waterproofing System for Concrete Terrace Roofs `Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP plus Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having plus 450% Elongation. The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min. 2 days and then top-coated with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti- bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test and others as specified, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should be tested by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only.
