Tender For Fabrication Of Miscellaneous Items In Fact Uc 2025 26; 1 FABRICATION OF MISCELLLANEOUS ITEMS IN FACT-UC, 2025-26 2 Fabrication of terminal box for motors of capacity 55 kW (75 HP) upto and including 75kw(100HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ Instruction of Engineer-in-charge 3 Fabrication of terminal box for motors of capacity 30 kW (40 HP) upto and including of 45kw(60HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ Instruction of Engineer in charge. 4 Fabrication of terminal box for motors of capacity 15 kW (20 HP) upto and including 22kw(30HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/Instruction of Engineer in charge. 5 Fabrication of terminal box for motors of capacity 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) upto and including 11 kW (15 HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge . 6 Fabrication of fan cover for motors of capacity 250kw ,using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge . 7 Fabrication of fan cover for motors of capacity 75 kW (100 HP) upto and including 90 kW (125 HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge . 8 Fabrication of fan cover for motors of capacity 37.5 kW (50 HP) upto and including 55 kW (75 HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Fabrication of fan cover for motors of capacity 15 kW (20 HP) upto and including 30 kW (40 HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge 10 Fabrication of fan cover for motors of capacity 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) upto and including 11 kW (15 HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Fabrication of fan cover for motors of capacity 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) upto and including 3.7 kW (5 HP) using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 12 Fabrication of fan cover for screen motors using 3 mm MS/ SS sheet as per sample/ instruction of Engineer-in-charge . 13 Fabrication of rain hood for 330KW /390kw motors using3mm MS/SS sheets as per sample/instruction of Engineer.The hood shall be of detachable arrangement with self standingpedestal facility to remove the top portion of the hood for inspection purpose. 14 Making of Street light jn. Box clamps suitable for concrete/steel posts by using MS flat as per sample/Instruction of engineer in charge. 15 Fabrication of double door panel of size 1600 x 800 x 2200 with suitable pedestal and detachable gland plate at bottom for cable entry, using 3 mm MS sheet. The panel shall be coated with one coat of primer followe by epoxy paint 16 Suppply of skilled laobours for carrying out Miscellaneous skilled works such as replacement of damaged supports / MS clamps for light fitting, support for Push Button Station/ Junction box / Distribution box / yard equipment etc. by fabrication using MS angles, channels, flats, rods, plates etc. of different sizes and fixing the painted structure by welding/ grouting to steel structures/ pillars/ walls etc. in various plants. The work includes removal of electrical gadgets from the damaged structure and holding temporarily, replacing the damaged structure with newly fabricated one and fixing back the electrical gadgets in de-energised condition.All structural materials, fastners and paint required will be given by FACT free of cost. All tools for fabrication including welding rods, paint brush etc. and aggerates for grouting shall be arranged by the contractor. Payment shall be made on 8 hour shift basis. 17 Supply of unskiled labours for carrying out miscellaneous works for removal of damaged supports / MS clamps for light fitting, support for Push Button Station/ Junction box / Distribution box / yard equipment etc. from the damaged structure and holding temporarily, replacing the damaged structure with newly fabricated one and fixing back the electrical gadgets in de-energised condition.All structural materials, fastners and paint required will be given by FACT free of cost. All tools for fabrication including welding rods, paint brush etc. and aggerates for grouting shall be arranged by the contractor. Payment shall be made on 8 hour shift basis. 18 Supply, fabrication, painting and fixing of cable trays/supports of different dimensions using MS angles/ channels/ flats etc. by welding / grouting to steel structures/pillars/ walls etc. The fabricated cable tray/ supports shall be applied with one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of epoxy finish paint with sufficent preparation/ curing. Supply of MS items and all consumables / tools such as welding set with welding rods, gas cutting sets with gas, cleaning brush,paint, primer, thinner, painting brush, cement and sand for grouting work etc. are under Contractors scope. 19 Fabrication of 25-40 NB GI pipe brackets for street lights. Suitable clamps/bolting provisionto be providedfor fixing to walls/pillers at other end with GI flats. Painting of the bracket to be executed as per clause 2 of special terms and conditions. Maximum length of pipe to be used below 1.5 meter. 20 Supply of fabricated hot dipped galvanised structural steel such as C channel,beams, base plates, angles, flats etc. of differentdimensions in built up sections as per approved drawings .Hot dipped galvanizing shall be as per IS 4759. A sample of hot dipped structural shall be subjected to inspection as per IS,If insisted by FACT.
