    Repair/Renovation Of Mechanical Structure At Tahirpur Bps- Repair/renovationof mechanical structure at Tahirpur BPS i/c following works:- Repairing of Manual Operated Rolling Shutter of size approx 10 feet X 14 Feet. Work including dismantling of damage shutter and Supply/Fixing of spring, shaft, new M.S sheet cover in proper size and site requirement with civil work complete in all respect. With anti corrosive primer and enamel painting works. 2 Repairing of Manual Operated Rolling Shutter of size approx 6 feet X 14 Feet. Work including dismantling of damage shutter and Supply/Fixing of spring, shaft, new M.S sheet cover in proper size and site requirement with civil work complete in all respect. With anti corrosive primer and enamel painting works. 3 Repairing/ raising of MS main gate by replacement of rusted square bar ,angle iron frame, hinges and hinges pinion and proper alignmentof gate with the help of welding, cutting andgrinding also gate duly painted by red oxide with anti corrosive black enamel paint. 4 Fabrication/Supply of coupling guard for pump set with MS strip / angle and MS sheet/Jaali as per sample. 5 Fabrication/Supply/fixing of 2 x 2 UGR man hole cover by 50x50x5 mm angle iron with 5 mm thick chequered sheet lockable door having hinges arrangement with required civil work duly painted by black anti corrosive black enamel paint 6 Repairing of MS Stair inside the pump house by replacement of damaged MS angle and chequered sheet by cutting , grinding and welding etc as per site requirement 7 Repairing of damaged UGR MS gate by fabrication of MS gatewith MS angle , MS sheet with heavy support, proper locking arrangementand civilwork required as per site requirements. (3 x 6.8 with MS (35 x 6 mm) MS flate MS Angle Iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm.
