Repair/Renovation Of Lt Panel With Allied Works At Tahirpur Bps.- 1 Dismantling of old ACB & Bus Coupler otheraccessories from existing Panel ,removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of ,heavy labour etc. 2 S/o Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), 3Pole 415 V 50Ka AC. MDO type, of rating 3200Amperes, Breaking Cap. 50-75 Ka (for Bus Coupler). Make: L&T/DJB approved make 3 Providing /fixing and making connection for retrofitting by replacement of damaged old bus bar by new bus bar of size suitable (3200 Amp ACB) Current carrying capacity. including links, bends aluminium bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve inphase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile. 4 Complete servicing, overhauling of the ACB as above including the work of oiling, greasing of all movable parts and operating mechanism, removing the defective / burnt out minor spares and fixing / replacing by new spares in proper alignment for suitable operation of ACBs. 5 Making by P/F of incoming & out going cable termination link ofLRS starter one end to LT Panel end duly sleeved with heat shrinkable sleeve with hard wares 6 Cleaning through CRC & insulation on bus bar by PVC tapping on horizontal & vertical bus bar for 9 No. box panel. 7 Replacement of Amp .meter digital with adaptor plate complete wiring with copper control wire. 8 Replacement of volt meter digital with adaptor plate complete wiring with copper control wire. 9 P/f of panel locks 10 P/f indicating light with elements 11 Testing & commissioning ofACB,as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow :- i) Continuity and earth testing. ii) Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iii) checking for all tightness of nut and bolts. iv) Alignments of doors etc. v) Interlocking tests. vi) All function tests. Testing on NO LOAD and then ON LOAD as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge
