supply installation testing and commissioning of pumpset No.1 at Gokalpuri BPS.- 1 Dismantling of existing pump/ motor from the base frame by cutting of rusted M.S nut bolts by gas cutter set and electric welding machine, removing all the nut bolts and worn out M.S base frame from the R.C.C foundation suction and delivery side by gas cutter set and welding set job also include dismantling the suction and delivery side sluice valve, NRV, tapper, bend etc as per site requirement and lifting the pump and motor on safe place. Breaking of RCC foundation by pneumatic power hammer chisel and electric compressor machine etc. the job include removing the broken material from P/house and disposing the same at suitable place. 2 Supply of horizontal split casing pump for clear water application having discharge 150 m3/hr, head 40 meter with bronze impeller, pump suction/ delivery size 125 mm X 100 mm respectively with 40 Hp, 3 phase AC, 1450 RPM, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor with tyre/pin bush coupling, complete fitted. Make of pump: M&P/KBL/ Jyoti/Djb approved make. Make of motor : KEC/ Crompton/ABB/DJB approved make 3 Supply of MS pipe of size 150mm diaheavy , confirming to IS : 1239. Make : Jindal/Tata 4 Supply of MS 150mm dia. Bend heavy duty. 5 Supply of MS flange of size 150 mm, heavy duty. 6 Providing/ fixing of pressure gauge of dial size 100 mm having range of 2-70kg/cm2of brass bourdon tube, MS Casing , having accuracy +-2%. Make : H.Guru / Fiebig / Djb approved 7 Supply of LT power aluminium cable , solid XLPE , insulated PVC armoued 650/1100 V grade of size 50 Sq.mm x 4 core. Make : Havells/Gloster/DJB approved 8 Supply of nut, bolt and washers as per site requirement. 9 Supply of rubber packing sheet of good quality. Make : Jyoti/ national/ DJB approved. Old SOR rate 10 S/o of NRV of Size 150mm IS:5312 part 1 PN 1.0. Make: Kirloskar /IVC. SOR-25 (4.14.6) 11 S/o of Non rising Sluice Valve of Size 150mm IS:14846 part 1 PN 1.0. Make: Kirloskar /IVC. SOR - 25 (4.22.4) 12 Making of RCC foundation of size 1.75 mtr X 1 mtr X 0.90 mtr by 1:2:4 concrete for M.S base including providing/ fixing of 06 no foundation bolt of size 20 mm X 600 mm 13 Fixing of new M.S base frame of size 1.75 mtr X 0.75 mtr made of M.S channel heavy duty of size 100 mm X 50 mm complete with fixing the M.S base frame on the RCC foundation the job includes proper levelling and alignment, installation of the pump set as per original position with proper alignment, including accessories like reducer, bend etc as per sample which are required at site, installation of the pump set as per original position with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connections, fitting all valves, bends etc. in original position and testing/ commissioning of the pump set on No load & full load after commissioning of all connections.
