    Replacement Of Air Circuit Breaker In Lt Panel At Shastri Park Bps- 1 Dismantling of damaged components from LT panel i.e., indicating lights, dismantling of all incoming and outgaining connection, replacement of defective parts in panel & ACB (2 Nos. outgoing feeder Amp.) 2 Dismantling of damaged components from LT panel i.e., dismantling of all incoming and outgoing connection, replacement of defective parts in panel & ACB( 1Nos. incoming feeder 2000Amp.). 3 S/o ACB TP 800Amp. 50 KA Microprocessor based MDO type Make: L&T 4 S/o ACB TP 2000Amp. 50-75 KA Microprocessor based MDO type Make: L&T 5 Retrofitting of 800Amp.ACB in existing panel with aluminum bus bar & copper control wiring with metering section & modification in panel door. 6 Retrofitting of 2000Amp.ACB in existing panel with aluminum bus bar & copper control wiring with metering section & modification in panel door. 7 Insulation on all incoming & out going Bus bar connection ,bends, links, droppers connected with switchgears installed in panels ,cleaning of main panel horizontal bus bar, tapping as required on bus bar for insulation, tightening of all nut bolt etc. 8 Testing & Commissioning of the panel equipments as follow: - Check equipments specification, - Continuity and earthing, -Breaker mechanism and alignment, -Meggaring of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. - All functional tests. -Checking forall tightness of nuts and bolts. -Alignments of doors etc. -interlocking tests. (B) Testing of the panel at site ON LOAD with engineer in charge as per relevant IS
