The testing and test report shall be as per IRC 35 clause 5.1.2. The speed arrester should be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. The length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 150 mm, 9 mm and 90 mm with a tolerance of +/-1 mm. The marker shall support a load of 30000 Kg minimum tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The area of each side of micro prismatic reflective lens shall not be less than 15.0 sqcm. The slope or retro reflective surface shall be 25 + 2 degree to base. It should have one Shank of not less than 25 mm diameter and not less than 40 mm length moulded with the body for anchorage. The certificate confirming to initial CIL value for reflective lens not less than 125 for red lens, 250 for yellow lens & 400 for white lens at 0º entrance and 0.2 observation angle as per ASTM D4280 shall be provided for better visibility & improving road safety for commuters as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
