Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Firewall Analyzer; Fortinet; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); As Per Atc And Sow; No Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) Scope of Work & Service Level Agreement • To provide CAMC support from August 21, 2025 to December 30, 2026 installed at IIMA. • The proof of CAMC / warranty document for the above-mentioned device to be obtained from the OEM and to be submitted to IIMA at the time of submission of invoices. • All the expenses involved in shipping the replacement parts/spares shall be borne by the bidder. All aspects of safe delivery in the case of replacements shall be the exclusive responsibility of the bidder. • To co-ordinate with OEMs for support for configuration issues, hardware replacement etc during the period of AMC, wherever applicable, without any extra cost to IIMA. • Complete coverage for hardware faults and failures, including OEM-certified part replacements. • Access to the latest Forti Analyzer firmware updates, patches, and upgrade assistance. • 24x7 remote/onsite technical support for critical issues; L2/L3 support for log analysis and configuration. • Annual preventive maintenance including health checks, disk usage, and performance review. • Support for log configuration, alerting, dashboard setup, and custom reporting. • Defined SLAs for issue response and resolution. • Periodic service and performance reporting, with documentation of configuration changes. • CAMC coverage includes all functionalitie Total Quantity :
