    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Industry Unit; Electrical System Or Installation; Service Provider One time servicing and testing of C power 630Amp 3Pole ACB, Electrically draw out with SR18G release o Cleaning of breaker with CRC-2-26 o Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease. o Check condition of arcing contact and gap between fixed and moving arcing contacts shall be checked. o Checking the reset mechanism, tripping of breaker through push button o Checking tripping of ACB through protection release o Tripping of ACB manually through volt metric release. o Checking presence and proper tightening of hardware. o Checking presence of all circlips o Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals o Checking condition of ACB wiring and replace if required o Checking proper closing of all poles together o Checking working of anti-pumping device in case of EDO ACB o Checking alignment of SIC and its operation o Checking condition of arc chutes o Checking ACB tripping through shunt release o Checking motor operation in case of EDO ACB o Checking closing coil operation in case of EDO ACB o Checking continuity and proper changeover of aux contact block o Checking of release by secondary injection for O/L, S/C, E/F o Setting of release as per the load o Checking the healthiness of CT’s o Replacement of supplied spares o Checking of spring charging Motor. o Checking of SICs and auxiliary contact connections o Checking of Electrically ON & OFF of the breaker o Checking of Tripping and Closing time of the breaker o Testing of shunt release SR18G by secondary injection.
