Area 30 m2.Paint: Yard Supply. HB-1003 Sighting through Bullet proof windshield and window glasses are very poor due to haziness and blur occurred between the two layers of Bullet proof windshield. The Bullet proof windshield/ glasses are not clear for sight while handling the craft by the skipper. Same needs to be renewed. Inway job includes removal & re-fitment of new Bulletproof windshield/ glasses alongwith changing of sealant. All inway job included. HB-1004 Soft machined buffing to be undertaken at corrosion/ bulging of paint observed area on super structure. Post buffing, the area needs to be repainted as per existing paint scheme. Touch up paint with existing paint scheme (M/s Akzo Noble) by using air less spray procedure. Paint: Yard Supply. Total area: 06 m2 (approx). HB-1006 GI sheet of super structure deteriorated due to fair wear and tear. Same to be renewed as per sample. Overhauling of locking system to be carried out and proved. Post overhauling chalk test to be carried out. Material Yard supply HA-1008 Anchor, Anchor chain cable and roller to be chipped in order to remove corrosion. Visual test of anchor, gauging chain cable/ associated fittings to be carried out and if the corrosion is found beyond permissible rate to be renewed. A post chipping painting to be carried out with existing paint scheme. Paint & material: Yard/ Firm Supply Engineering EB-3001 One time check of steering system and system pipe lines to be carried out. EB-3002 Fuel lines deteriorated and perished due to fair wear and tear. Same to be renewed as per sample. Material: PVC (Wire braided), Total running Length: 10 Meters, Dia: ¾”. Pressure testing to be carried out and certificate to be provided. Valve, Spares & Material: Yard/ Firm supply EB-3003 02 nos. fuel System valves deteriorated and perished. To be replaced as per sample. Material- Brass. Dia- ¾”. Overhauling of another 02 nos. 32mm valves required for smooth operation. Material: Yard/ Firm supply EB-3004 Rubber gasket/O-ring of fuel tank caps (04 nos.) deteriorated, to be replaced as per sample.
