D/O Sector-145 (Construction Of Balance Road At 5Percent Abadi Plot In Sector-145) Noida - Earth work in Embankment in Ordinary soil Embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming Dressing the Surface to requiredlevels with Half tonne steel or Wooden rammer and Rolling Every third and top most layers in Roller 8 to 10 tonne Capacity and Including 1.50 mtr Lift and all lead ( earth shall be Brought From a place which including Cartage to Earth by Mecanical transport and T & P labour Etc, Required for Proper Complition Earth shall br Arranged by the Contractor at his Own Cost. 2 Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres. 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (4.1) 400-1) B By Mix in Place Method 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (wmm) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.. 406(4.12) 5 Brick Edging in Full Brick width and Half Brick Depth including Excavation, Refilling and Disposal of Surplus Earth Lead upto 50 Mtr With Common Burnt Clay F.P.S ( Non modular) Bricks Of Class Designation 150 6 Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade Bitumin to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with the smooth wheeled roller finish to required level and grades. 7 Prime Coat over WMM/WBMProviding and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 502 (5.1)
