(One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 41 Colour washing in Two coats with Plastic Emulsion paint asian paint etc over the primigcoat including cost of materials and labour charges etc. 42 Painting in Two coats with Oil bound Distembering paintetc over the primigcoat including cost of materials and labour charges etc. 43 Painting using synthetic enamalpaintover old iron works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 44 Supply and fixing of PUF roof panels made up of minimum 0.5mm thick PPGI corrugated Sheet at the top and a plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of density 40kg + 2 Kg/cum as insulation in between .The polyurethane foam shall confirm to latest IS 12436. The minimum thickness of PU foam layer shall be 29mm for having 30mm (min) thick PUF panel. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel Grade & shall have a Zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet & polyester top coat of 18-20 microns on one side / outer side. The PPGI Sheets / PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation. Providing ridges or hips ,encasing the ends of Panelwith plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc complete excluding the cost of trusses, purlins andinclusive of cutting to size and shape wherever required. 45 Provision for Bala paintingincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 46 Repairs to the South Facing RCC Class Room Buildingfrom Middle school at Kattunaickenpatty Panchayat Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x23/4in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and fiveM.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. 47 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 48 Flooring with followingKotta stone laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand)base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., 49 Colour washing in Two coats with Plastic Emulsion paint asian paint etc over the primigcoat including cost of materials and labour charges etc. 50 Painting in Two coats with Oil bound Distembering paintetc over the primigcoat including cost of materials and labour charges etc. 51 Painting using synthetic enamalpaintover old iron works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 52 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stoneM.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 53 Provision for Bala painting including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc 54 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
