Tender For Replacement Work Of 220 Kv Circuit Breaker At 220 Kv Ss Atrauli Under Etd-Ii, Aligarh - Complete dismantling of M/s Alstom make 245 KV spring charge SF-6 circuit breaker with mounted frame, structure jumpers and all 03 linkage poles, pipe line of SF 6 gas for all poles safely along with M/s Indersol make air compressorrs installed for 220 KV Aligarh-I bay and 220 KV 160 MVA-I Transformer bay at 220 KV Substation Atrauli by using Hydraulic crane at site including shifting up to store & all cost of material, T&P andlabour. This work also includes opening of old cable connection. AC, DC from existing CB with proper tracing from C&R panel of respective bay at 220 KV Atrauli. 2 Febrication/retrofitting of base structure for each pole M/s Siemens make 245 KV spring charge SF-6 circuit breaker on old foundation by using MS plate having 20mm thickness of size 250x150 sqmm MS plate should be retrofitted as per current foundation drawing i.e hole matching unit base in breaker structure by using lath machine as per site requrement. (All cost of material, MS plate, T&P and labour will be provided by contractor on their own cost). 3 Proper, safe & complete erection of M/S Siemens make 245 KV spring charge based circuit breaker on fabricated/retrofitted structure with all 03 poles & entire CB mechanism by using hydraulic crane for 220 KV Aligarh-I bay and 220 KV 160 MVA-I Transformer bay at 220 KV Substation Atrauli. This work include shifting of CB from S/S store, fixing on base structure as per drawing/manual, fitting of all 02 linkage poles,pipe line of SF-6 gas for all poles assembly etc up to completion of works satisfactorily. 4 Commissioning of M/S Seimens make 245 KV SF-6 CB by deputing service engineer asper requirment. This work include fixing of SF-6 linkage pole pipe in each pole properly, filling of SF-6 gas in CB Pole to check opening & closing time of CB and allassociated works up to completion of job satisfactorily. (All tools & testing devices will be provided by agency) 5 Proper and safe cable termination on M/S Seimens make 220 KV SPRING CHARGEbased circuit breaker for smooth protection for 220 KV Aligarh-I bay and 220 KV 160 MVA-I Transformer bay at respective bay at 220 KV Substation Atrauli including proper ferruling with required T&P fro completion of work as per drawing. This job includes making nessessary required supply and fixing fo Ferule of appropriate size and no., respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Contractor will arrange all required farruls, labor, lug , cable gland and T&P at his won cost. 6 Proper & safe double side earthing of circuit breaker mechanism & each pole assembly by using 75x10 sqmm MS flate along by using proper wielding and connection MS round bar by digging ground. This work also include two coat painting by red oxide primer and then by two coat of green Asian Paint. (Supply of 75x10 sqmm MS Flat will provided by agency)
