Note: 1) This Lot Is Reserved For Sale To Cpcb/Spcb Registered Firms Only. Before Bidding In This Lot Please Ensure That You Possess Cpcb/Spcb Registration For The Material Under This Lot. Please Note That You Are Required To Submit/Produce Valid And Current Registration Certificate To Sr. Dmm/Bsp Office Before Issue Of Delivery Order And Also At The Time Of Taking Delivery Failing Which Emd/Tsv Will Be Forfeited As Per Extant Rules. Or, 2) Alternatively The Successful Purchaser Who Does Not Possess The Cpcb/Spcb Certificate Can Sell The Transformer Oil To Purchasers Registered With Cpcb/Spcb Holding A Valid And Current Registration Certificate. The Valid And Current Cpcb/Spcb Registration Certificate And Sale Certificate (In The Event Of Secondary Sale Of The Transformer Oil) Should Be Submitted In The Office Of The Sr. Dmm/Bsp By The Successful By The Successful Purchaser Before Issue Of Delivery Order And At The Time Of Taking Delivery, Failing Which Emd/Tsv Will Be Forfeited As Per Extant Rules.
