    Tender For Coating Repair Work Of Pre-Constructed Road From Village Tendua To Musandpur Via Lalhauwa By District Panchayat - Exavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embarkment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizesto water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing & laying 7.5 cm compacted layer ofWBM Grade-IIl with 22.4-53 mm size stone ballast & Type-B screening material. 5 Laying brick soling on prepared sub grade with brick on edging according to lines, graded and cross section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolling as per technical specification Clause 412 6 P/L Prime coat over Primed WBM surface @ 0.75Kg./m2 of bitumen . 7 P/L Tack coat over Primed WBM surface @ 0.35Kg./m2 of bitumen . 8 Providing & layingPC 20 mm thick all comp (execution by mixol). 9 Providing & layingSeal Coat type-Cover PC surface. 10 Earth work embankment in ordinary soil on shoulders complete. 11 Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete pipe NP3 600 mm Dai As per Design single row laying only 12 providing & Fixing granite sing boards etc.
