Estimate are invited for rates of items/Materials for supplying and commissioning of 50 KVA air or oil cooled servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer, Cables and its accessories all complete work at GumuriaRural Water Supply Scheme Block-Jagnnathpur, West Singhbhum under D.W.& S.Mechanical Division, Chaibasa for the year 2025-26.-Cost towards supplying and commissioning of servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for output voltage of 415 volt +/-1%, 3 hp 50hz with copper wound transformer (air /oil cooled) as mentioned below the stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. Capacity 50 KVA oil cooled make powerline/servokon at intake well as per specification &direction of E/I. For RAW Water P/P. 2 Cost towards supplying and commissioning of servo controlled automatic voltage stabilizer suitable for output voltage of 415 volt +/-1%, 3 hp 50hz with copper wound transformer (air /oil cooled) as mentioned below the stabilizer shall function satisfactorily even if incoming supply is unbalanced between phases within range of 10%. Capacity 125 KVA oil cooled make powerline/servokon at WTP Pump House as per specification &direction of E/I (Clear Water). 3 Supplying and erecting 70 sqmm XLPE / PVC insulated, armoured cable 1100 V grade with ISI mark Three and half core, stranded aluminium conductor with 6 mm thick 25 mm width M.S. spacer with G.I. Earth wire 6 sq mm, complete erected on wall / on pole with 25 X 3 mm M.S. clamps or in provided trench in an approved manner. (from Tranformer to Panel) for Clear Water P/P. 4 Supplying and making outdoor end termination for 3.5 core 70 mm2 PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with cast resin compund including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials etc all complete. 5 Supplying and making indoor end termination for 3.5 core 70 mm2 PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with cast resin compund including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials etc all complete. 6 Supplying and erecting 25 sqmm XLPE / PVC insulated, armoured cable 1100 V grade with ISI mark Three and half core, stranded aluminium conductor with 6 mm thick 25 mm width M.S. spacer with G.I. Earth wire 6 sq mm, complete erected on wall / on pole with 25 X 3 mm M.S. clamps or in provided trench in an approved manner. (From transformer to panel) For RAW Water P/P. 7 Supplying and making outdoor end termination for 3.5 core 25 mm2 PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with cast resin compund including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials etc all complete. 8 Supplying and making indoor end termination for 3.5 core 25 mm2 PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with cast resin compund including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials etc all complete. 9 Cost towards supply of 200 amp change over switch with frame for both RAW and Clear Water P/P. 10 Supplying , erecting and commissioning of internal and external lighting by doing wiring and installing lumenaries e.g. suitable Wattage LED light fittings with standard lumen in pump house, gangway etc all complete for Raw & Clear Water Pumping Plant, including Lightening Arrester, for pump house fire extingusher, first aid box, etc. as per the direction of E/I. 11 Providing and erecting chemical earthing with all required materials etc all complete.For both RAW and Clear Water P/P.
