    Tender For Leasing Of Vita Booth On Contract Basis-- 1 LEASEING OF VITA BOOTH ON CONTRACT BASISDetails of work:-.1. Deep freezer and other furniture installed in Vita booth will also be given to the booth operator for the lease period. Which will be returned by the operator in working condition after the lease period ends.2. The operator of the Vita booth will have to bear the electricity and other expenses himself.3. Since the Vita booth is located in the petrol pump premises, no fire related activities like making tea, coffee and selling smoking related materials will be carried out in the booth.4. Before starting the work, the vita booth operator will have to deposit a security amount of Rs. 100000/- which will be returned to the operator without interest after the lease period ends.5. The lease period can be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons.6. The lease period will be for two years and the security amount will be increased by 10% after one year.
