Installation of clamps (where ever required), Emergency no marking, inspection of rubber tube, checking of Meter working in gas flow condition, PVC sleeve installation, restoration with white cement, taking photo of installation, verification and updation of Consumer Number-Address-Contact details-Meter no,Checking of unauthorized tapping & checking of meter and regulator O-ring adaptors, checking of alignment, checking and rectification of leakage from all joints. Painting of plate marker & associated fittings and Supply of any material like pipe fitting (elbow, tee, etc) or valves shall be paid seprately under different SOR item covered in SOR part B or C as applicable with approval of EIC. |

| 6 | Domestic Meter replacement/ Reconnection, without alteration includes replacement of faulty Meter with new one or Installation of Meter without alteration in GI or Cu Piping. |
| 7 | Temporary Disconnection of Domestic PNG Connection Include coordination with customer, schedule the activity, complete the job within timeline etc. Contractor will be required to remove regulator as per EIC instruction. Proper blind plugging is to be done after removal of regulator, checking for leakages if any from TF or Regulator piece upto isolation valve and handing over all the material to customer/BGCL as per site requirement for safe custody. |
| 8 | Permanent Dissconnection of Domestic PNG Connection (without TF removal)Include coordination with customer, schedule the activity, complete the job within timeline etc. Contractor will be required to remove regulator and meter, Copper pipe/GI pipe, isolation valve, restore the hole etc. by isolating and end plugging/blinding and safe taking over all the asset from customer tohanding over to BGCL store (including transpotation) with safety and as per satisfaction of EIC.Removal of GI pipe shallbe paid seprately under SOR No. 11 with approval of EIC and as per satisfaction of EIC. |
| 9 | Permanent Dissconnection of Domestic PNG Connection (withTF removal) Include coordination with customer, schedule the activity, complete the job within timeline etc. Contractor will be required to remove regulator and meter, Copper pipe/GI pipe, isolation valve, restore the hole etc. Removal of Transition Fitting by isolating and end plugging/blinding the PE Pipe, restoring the pits as per earlier condition and safe taking over all the asset from customer tohanding over to BGCL store (including transpotation) with safety and as per satisfaction of EIC.Removal of GI pipe, Excavation for TF removal, restoration of pit shall be paid seprately under SOR No. 11 &13 respectively with approval of EIC and as per satisfaction of EIC. |
| 10 | Excavation& Backfilling of pipelineFor all type of soil conditions and topography the trench shall be excavated and finished to the dimensions for all kind of soil sand mild rocks for a width of D+500 mm on each side of pipe and exposing the pipeline from top up to 500 mm below the bottom of Pipeline including the stacking of excavated earth, leadup to 50 m, stacked earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as per directions of EIC. Backfilling excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each Deposited layer by ramming, compacting and watering, as per the directions of EIC. |
