    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Cadets Traing Wing, Secunderabad; Repair And Maintenance Of Automatic Sliding Gate Mechanism At Main And Secondary Gate; Service Provider REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF AUTOMATIC SLIDING GATE MECHANISM AT CTW, MCEME (a) Inspection and assessment of existing gate mechanism. (b) Dismantling of damaged/unserviceable motor and gear system. (c) Supply and installation of new electric gate motor (suitable for 1000-1500 kg gates). (d) Supply and installation of worm gear box compatible with the motor. (e) Replacement of unserviceable VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) unit. (f) Supply and installation of new ON/OFF switch box and control circuit. (g) Replacement of damaged wiring and conduits. (h) Testing and commissioning of entire gate operation mechanism post-repair. (j) Minor civil works associated with motor and wiring mounting as required. Total Quantity :
