Quotation For Re-Flooring Of Residential Quarters At Bmhrc, 1. Demolishing mosaic flooring & cement concrete including disposal of material with in 50mtrs. Lead 2. Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3. Disposal of building rubbish/malba/ similar unserviceable.Dismantled or waste materials by mechnical means, including loading transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in- cahrge, beyound 50m intial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved 4. Supplying & filling in plinth with jamuna sand floors, including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete 5. Providing & lying in position specified grade excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, - All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 6. Providing & lying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 7. Providing & laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specifed by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thicks cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete. Size of the tile 600 x 600mm 8. Providing & laying vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specifed by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand), including jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc, complete. Size of the tile 600 x 600mm 9. Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting bending, placting in position and binding all complete. Hot rolled deformed bars etc..
