    Bids Are Invited For Group Mediclaim Insurance Service - Students; Hospitalization For Accident & Emergency Treatments; No , Group Personal Accident Insurance Service - Students; Only Accidental Death (Not Natural) 1. Premium for cashless Mediclaim policy (with health card facility) 2. Insurance coverage of Rs.1.00 lakh only per student for any illness requiring hospitalization anywhere in India. 3. The policy will be valid for a period for 12 months from the date of its commencement. 4. The proposal should include personal accident coverage of students and reimbursement of course fee in case of accidental death of fee paying guardian for Rs.1.00 lakh and Rs.2.00 lakh respectively 5. please mention any other additional benefit as detailed below that could be provided to NIFT Students without charging any extra cost over and above the premium amount: i. Reimbursement of OPD Charges ii. Reimbursement of Bed Charges per night iii. Reimbursement of Ambulance charges iv. Reimbursement for treatment of fracture with plastering v. Reimbursement for Day care facility vi. Minimum waiting period for settlement of claim (in days) 6. Year of Establishment 7. Complete Address with contact number and e-mail id 8.
