Including the cleaning & lifting of dirty oil from bilge tanks and disposal of tank residue with certificate to submit PPA. 21 To quote for scrap, clean the side plates, floors and ceilings of the fresh water tanks to remove rusts, old paints and paint alltanks with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of Interline-925 or Interline-850 paints. 22 Scrapping, power cleaning and grit blasting of entire hull, ship side and main deck plating up to the standard of SA 2.5 (pure copper grits) and to show bare steel surface for inspection. 23 Painting of underwater portion of the hull with 6 coats of Epoxy Paint by airless spray.
