Stadium Jammu- 1 Dismantling aluminum / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling/ wooden flooringincluding disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge 2 Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types(C.I/PVC/Vitreous china) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal ofunserviceable materials within 50 meters lead 3 Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, havingPerformance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18 mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the ngineer in-charge. 4 Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface) 5 Installation testing and comissioning of2X2 Recessed luminaire with LED (Light Emitting Diode) maximum system power: 36 W, minimum Luminous flux of luminaire 100 Lm/w, Colour temperature of 0 K, Neutral white, CRI > 80, R9>0, THD<5%, P.F>0.95, Driver Efficiency>88%, SDCM<3, 230 V constant current driver, 70% of luminous flux after 50,000 operating hours; Energy efficient LEDs, Direct light emission, 1.4 mm thick extruded aluminium profile with Polyester powder white coloured coat applied over a 5- stage pre-treatment, Protruded Prismatic diffuser for glare-free uniform illumination, UGR<16, ZHLS (ZERO HALOGEN LOW SMOKE) internal wiring, Electronic control gear, Protection class I, 6 Providing and fixing Charcoal louvers Panels-10 mm thick of superior quality approved by engineer-in-charge for wall panelling made from a mixture of Charcoal and polystyrene proportionately including necessary screws, nuts all complete including wastage etc. wall = (50-3 x 10-3) = 515.06 Sft 7 Providing and fixing of charcoal sheel (4 mm ) thick including TEE Profile with necessary arrangements of approved brand and manufacture by EIC 8 Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china single piece, double traps syphonic water closet of approved brand/make. shape, size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 liters with dual flushing system, including all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings. nuts, bolts and gasket etc including making connection with tnhe exisiting P/S trap, complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 9 Providing and fixing Digital Printed HD Paintings with lamination fixed on 5 mm thick Clear Sheet and 2 mm thick Acrylic Sheet fixed on wall with Steel Spacers
