Making necessary arrangements on the eve of celebration of Independence Day 15th of August 2025 at Zainapora- 1 Hire charges for Supply and installation of water poof shamiyana of Size (20x30) 1 no. of approved quality including fixing inposition at venue, internal decorations and removal of same after end of celebration including all carriages etc all as direted by engineerIn-Charge complete 2 Hire charges for Supply and installation of Water Proof tents of size 120x12 (2 No.) and including internal decoration and removing of same after end of celebration as directed by engineer in charge including all carriages complete (For Spectators) 3 Fixing of dice with decorated roof, ceiling, post, necessary stairs, furnishing of size 20x16 including all carriages as directed by engineer in charge 4 Carriage of stage structure from Divisional store to venue and return of the same to Divisional office after completion of the event 5 Hire charges for supply and laying of carpet 1.22 mtr wide and removing of same after the end of celebration as per the directions of Engineer Incharge incluidng all carriages complete 6 Hire charges for supply and laying of carpet 20x20 and canopy 20x20/wall to wall at performing venue and removing of same after the end of celebrationincluidng all carriages complete 7 Hire charges for supply and placing in position Plastic chairs including all carriages involved complete 8 Hire charges for supply and placing in position of Sofas (three Seater) with table andwhite cloth i/c all carriages 9 Hire charges for supply and placing in position foam/wooden chairs includling all carriages involved complete 10 Supply and Laying of lime as per the directions of Engineer incharge 11 Hiring and fixing of Nylon Rope at venue as per the directions of Engineer incharge 12 Providing and fixing of baloons of different colors as per the requirements 13 Supplying of Broom Sticks (Jadoo) as per the requirements 14 Providing and applying of stone dust/Sand as required and directed by Engineer incharge 15 Providing and fixing of printed flex sheet of approved size depicting in coloured with text and images as directed by Engineer incharge 16 Engagement of JCB for removing of Vegetation and debris etc.
