    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Comprehensive Amc Of Instapak Machine Model-Instapak 901 System For Two Years Machine Qty 01 Nos Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products 1. The AMC shell cover all faults of the equipment under service contract. This shall include routine service and repair of the equipment. 2. Preventive maintenance: contractor shell carryout preventive maintenance of equipment on quarterly basis, i.e. 4 times in a year in addition to breakdown complaints and each preventive maintenance must be completed within every first month of the quarter period. 3. Breakdown maintenance: as and when required breakdown calls shell also be attended in addition of four preventive maintenance visits per year, free of cost during the period of maintenance contract. Breakdown complaints must be attended by the contractor at the earliest within 48 hrs. at a short notice / call, as breakdown of the packaging equipment affects supply chain system of the division. 4. Contractor shell carry out any maintenance related work / activity required for maintaining the equipment in good running condition which includes labour and service charges covering preventive maintenance, repair and service, calibration, alignment and optical cleaning (where applicable). 5. Maintenance services shell consist of adjustment, repair and provision of replacement parts for the equipment and shell include refurbishment of dispensers and chemical conveyor lines. 6. Service reports duty signed by user (IMM dept.) shell be submitted by your representation after every preventive/breakdown visit and visit report shell be provided the engineer-in-charge at the time of visit. 7. Necessary tools to carry out the service are to be arranged by the vendor at the time of visit. Total Quantity :
