The Successful Bidder Should Produce At Least Once During The Currency Of The Original Pcb Certificate On The Basis Of Which The Depot Officer Will Certify The Xerox Copy And Keep In Record For Further Action. This Should Be Done Before Making First Delivery. The Successful Bidder Should Also Submit The Relevant Documents As Per The Extant Rules At The Time Of Taking Delivery For Verification Of Originals.
