After Bidding No Correspondence Will Be Entertained. 3)Bidders Are Allowed T O Pay Balance Sale Value(Bsv) In Installments As Applicable Under Uniform E- Sale Conditions And Depot Conditions I.E 1 Installemnt For Lots Upto 5 Lakhs And 2 Installements Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs. 5 Lakh And Upto Rs. 15 Lakh And 3 Installements Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs. 15 Lakh. But Delivery Will Be Given Only After Realization Of Payment Of Final Installement 4) Purchaser Has To Ensure Safety Of Railway Material And His Labour. 5) Delivery Will Be On First Come First Serve Basis. 06) Purchaser Should Arrange Trucks, Labours Etc.
