Tender For Road Repair Work Based On Annual Rate Contract At Subdivision Rechhwa - Clearing and Grubbing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201. BY MECHANICAL MEANS In area of Thorney Jungle 2 Maintenance of WBM Road Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per MoRTH specification Clause 404 3 Maintenace of bituminous surface road Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B as per MoRTH specificationClause 3004.2 4 Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 13mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B as per MoRTH specificationClause 3004.2 5 Maintenance of Earthen shoulder (filling with fresh selected soil) Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 mas per MoRTH specification Clause 3003 6 Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400-1) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401. For Grading IIIMaterial 7 Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as perdrawings and MoRTH specification Clause 800 & 3000 8 Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing thematerial with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layingin uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smoothwheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406.
