supply installation testing and commissioning of Of Pump At Usmanpur Bps.-SITC of 8MGD pump of Set No.5 at Usmanpur BPS i/c following works :-Dismantling the Old 8 MGD damaged pump No.5 by cutting old worn out nut bolts with the help of gas cutter from the foundation and remove the coupling with the help of heavy manuual labour, tools and tackles i/c operation of valves both side. 2 Supply of horizontal split casing pump with SS impeller & SS Neck ring , SS Shaft & SS Sleeve, CI body, Head 40 Mtr Discharge 1463 m3/hr, Suc x Del 350x450. Make : Mather & Platt/Kirloskar/Jyoti/Djb approved make 3 Removing of suction and delivery side old reducer/ gap piece by cutting old worn out nut bolt with the help of gas cutterand heavy manuual labour, tools and tackles and fixing the blank flange 500mm dia. both side at valves for Set no.4 & 5 4 Dismantling the motor from the MS base frame by cutting of old worn out nut bolts with the help of gas cutter & removing the cable connection of motor. 5 S/o Nut Bolts and washer 6 S/o rubber packing sheet of good quality. Make: Jyoti 7 S/o tyre coupling with tyre TC-22. Make : Unique. SOR code 21.8.2 8 Fabrication and supply of Gap piece for set No.4 & 5 of size 500 x 450mm by cutting , welding , grinding of MS pipe and welded the flanged on both side and grinded the surface. 9 Fabrication and supply of Gap piece for set No. 4 & 5 of size 500 x 350mm by cutting , welding , grinding of pipe and welded the flanged on both side and grinded the surface 10 Dismantling of old MS Channel for set no. 4 & 5 from the RCC foundation with the help of gas cutter with heavy manual labour 11 Strengthening of M.S. Base frame of size 2.40 Mtr X 1.0 Mtr by MS C-Channel Size 150X75mm 8.8 mtr and MS Flat Bar for load 150X12mm and for support 65X10mm. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, welding, painting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete for set No. 4 & 5 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) one by one. Size 2.5X1.5 mtrX 2 nos. = 7.5 mtr DJB DSR Civil (Item No. 4.1.3) for SetNo. 4 & 5 13 Making key of coupling as per size requirement & BoringNew Tyre coupling as per shaft size of motor and pump and fixing at the shaft of motor and pump tighten with the key. 14 Installation of new pump no.5 & 4 & motor on MS channel base frame with proper alignment by the help of nuy bolts and rubber packing sheet i/c welding, grinding & cutting works with the help of manuual heavy labour, tolls and tackles. 15 fixing the gap piece both side of pump and couple with valves with the help of Nut bolts and rubber packing sheet. 16 Coupling the motor and pump by tyre coupling and alignment the complete pump set and tighten the nut boltat MS base frame and painted with black enamel paint with red oxide coat on the MS structure of base fame and gap pieceboth side. 17 Making cable connection of motor with the Panel and starter cables with work ofremoving the old damaged thimble by cutting old cable end termination and making new termination by crimping of new aluminum thimble of both cable end. 18 Testing and commissioning of Pump set on Load in the presence of Engineer in charge.
