L- shape by Replacing of worn out/damaged parts i.e. bar, angle, hook etc. and length augmentation of SS 304 screen at down side approx. 1.5 x 0.75 mtr, 1 mtr. wide approx. and as per site requirement, with help of outer frame by SS304Angle of size 75x75x6mm , SS (304) flat bar size 40x 6 mmwelded one by one at 20 mm gap in each flat. making the “L” shape of 2 Nos. bar screen. And work done as per site requirement Making of clamping system on upper side of bar screen for fixing of hook of wire rope hoist as per site requirement. Fixing of bar screen in sewage channel at proper level by using of complete technical processing. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing of MS I-Section beam ISMB250 of 250x125mm,on the existing vertical I- Section beam on the upper potion approx. 3 mtr on each 3 vertical I section beam, required to Augmentation ofthe above height by using the ISMB-250, I- section beam possession at ground and also providing & fixing of ISMB -150 for supporting the vertical section of 2 Nos. from both side and needs 3 mtr. each length required for four side in inclination shape for supporting the vertical section with RCC civil foundation and tightening by MS stud grouted in RCC foundation. The work includes providing and welding of MS. Plate 04 nos. along with 4 nos. holes of 20mm drill with required nut and bolt. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing of SS wire rope, 10mm thick (100% full length) for 3-ton capacity crane for lifting of bar screen up and down and as per the site requirement. |
| 7 | Repairing/servicing of 3 tone EOT with repairing/replacement of terminal junction box, limit switch for up-down, oil seal, circle clip , bearing, chain strip fork , guide roller & electric panel with required material (connector, relay etc.) Connecting of bar screen with EOT crane by installation of crane on existing stand and making of their electric connections, this job also including for providing the new remote for operating the bar screen with making the connection of terminal of junctions box for MCBs and close MS stand for EOT remote. |
| 8 | Strengthening/renovation of existing MS platform for collecting the floating material removed from the sewage channel by bar screen. This platform Made out of frame by MS C Channel and angles including replacement of all roller and conveyor belt of the conveyor belt system i/c all required tools & tackles and machinery and as per the direction of engineer in charge. |
| 9 | Fabrication and fixing of canopy for safety purpose of complete system from the rain. The tin shed fabricated by MS sheet size of 6 mtr length x 2.5 mtr wide x 5 mm thickness,angle of size 50x50x6mm, (for supporting the sheet) flat iron of size 50x6mm nut bolts and washer as per site requirement. |
| 10 | Fabrication and fixing of MS platform for maintenance purpose of upper mechanical system of bar screen at 12 feet height approx. of size 1mtr x 6 mtr by using of MS channel 100x50x6mm , angle 50x50x6mm and flat bar 25x 5 mm chaquerd plate of size 1mtr x 6 mtr x 6 mm including the railing for safety of staff to work at height by using of MS pipe of 40mm OD with the help of gas cutter, welding set, temporary supporting material and other required tools & tackles as per site requirement. |
| 11 | Fabrication and fixing of MS ladder of size 3 feet width x10 feet height approxup to platform by using of MS angle of size 50x50x5mm and MS flat of size 25x5mm. the job includes cutting, welding, grinding and Fixing of footrest with the help of welding work and required tools & tackles as per site requirement. Also includes the cost of MS material and including the charges for making civil foundation at base for fixing of ladder. |
