Indicative Scope Of Work: O Daily Monitoring Of Construction Activities Across All Asset Classes: Hospitality, Retail, Residential, Commercial, And Slum Rehabilitation. 1. Site Control And Supervision O Oversight Of Staging Areas, Logistics Corridors, Site Demarcation, And Work Zones To Ensure Uninterrupted Progress. 2. Security And Land Protection O 24X7 Site Security To Prevent Encroachment, Theft, Or Trespass. O Monitoring Access Of Workers, Materials, And Equipment Through Authorized Gates. 3. Regulatory Compliance Management O Ensuring On-Ground Adherence To Permissions Issued By Sra, Mcgm, Environment Department, Fire Brigade, And Other Agencies. O Maintaining Statutory Registers, Approvals, Licenses, And Ensuring Timely Renewals And Documentation. 4. Worker Management And Welfare Oversight O Coordinating Contractor-Wise Manpower Deployment, Biometric Attendance, Safety Training, And Id Issuance. O Ensuring Provision Of Hygiene Facilities, Drinking Water, Medical Support, And Grievance Redressal For Laborers. 5. Health, Safety And Environmental (Hse) Compliance O Enforcing Ehs Protocols Across All Contractors; Monitoring Use Of Ppes, Scaffolding, Fire Safety, And Evacuation Procedures. O Waste And Debris Management, Dust Suppression, Noise Mitigation, And Pollution Control As Per Ngt/Bmc Norms. 6. Stakeholder Interface And Local Coordination O Daily Interaction With Slum Societies, Elected Representatives, Local Police, And Administrative Bodies To Ensure Smooth Execution. Reporting & Mis O Preparing Daily Progress Reports (Dpr), Weekly Dashboards, Safety Reports, And Milestone Compliance Reports.
