    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Lineup Agency For Preparation And Approval Of On-Site Emergency Plan At Hurl-Barauni Hiring of Third-Party Inspection Agency Preparation and approval of on-site emergency plan 1. Preparation of on-site emergency plan for HURL-BARAUNI as per Bihar Factory rule/latest standards in this regard. 2. Co-ordinating for obtaining approval of the on-site emergency plan from the chief Inspector of Factories, Patna. 3. The agency must submit five printed (with binding) copies of the on-site emergency plan to the EIC after obtaining approval from the chief Inspector of Factories, Patna. 4. The agency will have to take all measures of safety during work at site. 5. The agency has to fulfil all statutory condition required by Govt. of Bihar state. 6. Team should commence the field visit within a month of placement of work order. 7. The period of contract shall be 6 Months from the date of issuing work order. 8. The rate once quoted shall be firm throughout the period of contract. 9. If the contractor fails to execute any job in part or full, the same will be got done at the risk and cost of the contractor. 10. If the performance of the contractor is not satisfactory the contract may be terminated at any time. 11. Invoices shall be raised by the vendor after approval of On-site emergency plan by the Chief Inspector of Factories, Patna. 12. Payment will be processed only after approval of On-site emergency plan by the Chief Inspector of Factories, Patna. 13. Vendors must have sufficient experience in the same field Total Quantity :
