Providing Services Of Plumber, Sewerman, Sweeper And Enquiry Clerk With Required Supply Material At Gpra Campus Motinagar.--1.1 a) Maintenance and operation of water supply grid and valves including unfiltered water lines in the entire campus, also including maintenance and repair of plumbing system for the entire campus including stopping leakages or over flows of water from PVC/RCC overhead tanks and water closet cisterns and replacement of damaged GI Pipes and fittings of all dia (Internal and External), all fittings of PVC/PTMT/Brass/CP Brass for bib-cocks, stop cocks, pillar cocks, angle Valves, valve cocks/float ball & PVC tank cover for all capacities and all material for attending the complaints etc. to keep the entire water supply system efficient and functional to the entire satisfaction and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. b) Maintenance of sewerage, drainage system and desilting of gully traps, manholes etc. within the campus like opening/cleaning of chocked sewer pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps, water closets, wash basins, floor traps etc. at all floors and vertical stacks of sewer pipes and rain water pipes of all sizes including through cleaning once of all soil waste and rain water pipes, drains, manholes, gully traps etc within one month of award of work to keep sewerage & drainage system to make functional on daily basis including disposal of silt, malba, waste, garbage etc. to the authorized dumping ground complete to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge, thereafter once in a 6 months or earlier as directed by Engineer-in-charge d ) Running and maintenance of CPWD service centre at GPRA colony Shillong wherein the following jobs are required to be performed. Telephones and peripherals including operating staff including necessary consumable stationary, shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost, including the payment of monthly bills for telephone and electricity. Recording the complaints received at service centre in person or through telephone or CPWD Call Centre and issuing acknowledgement with complaint No. to the complainants and assigning the work to the workers of respective trade. All the complaints received on IVRS/Manual/CPWD Call Centre/noting the complaints from complaint register on daily basis for assigning the work to the workers of respective trade. All the complaints received at the service centre through IVRS/ Manual/CPWD Call Centre system on daily basis to register all complaint in the complaint register and assign as unique number to the complaint. Updating the status of attending of the complaints on daily basis / Manual/CPWD Call Centre system so that the backlog is not more that one day/ attending the compliance of all complaints in the complaint register. Preparing the abstract of attended/unattended complaints on daily, weekly and monthly basis and submitting the same to the concerned Assistant Engineer in-charge of the service centre or his authorized representative. Generation of Vacation/Occupation reports from /Manual request/ Preparation of Vacation/Occupation reports physically. Any other miscellaneous works connected with above as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment shall be made as per per day/per job for 8 hours duty of workman debuted to attend the complaint) a Plumber 2nd class b Sewerman c Sweeper d Enquiry Clerk 1.2 Credit for dismantled old unserviceable CP brass/brass bib cock, stop cock, Gun Metal gate valves etc. received during execution of the work. The material received under this item shall be property of the contractor and will not be re-used in any shape for this work. The dismantled material shall be removed from the site by the contractor at his own cost
