    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Annual Underwater Routine And Defect Rectification Of Wb-502 Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments Hull & Structure: Following yearly routines to be carried out on Hull and structure. Make: SHM Shipcare Pvt Ltd Hoisting and lowering the boat at Yard premises through Spreader Beam and slings (available with M/s SHM Shipcare Pvt Ltd/ OEM). Chocks are readily available with WB-502. Latest load tests certificate of spreader to be provided before hoisting. Adequate Power supply and FW supply to MEs/GBs/DAs/ Shafting during hoisting period. HA-1002 Clean the marine growth with wooden scraper. HA-1003 Wash the underwater area with fresh water, rub with grade 220 emery papers, and smoothen the surfaces. HA-1004 Clean with mild detergent in fresh water. Inspect for cracks and peeling of gel coat. Repair if necessary HA-1005 Clean all sea suction scoops and inspect for cracks. HA-1006 Clean the marine growth of Shaft, Propeller and Rudder. HA-1007 Touch up the antifouling paint as per existing paint scheme. HA-1008 Measure and record the clearance of stern & P Bracket Bushes, Rudder and Rudder Jumping Collar Total Quantity :
