Tender For Coating Work From Babatpur Kapsethi Main Road Durga Mata Mandir Towards Ashok Dubeys Chak In Village Council Kudi - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling withsmoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,stone screening / binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per technical Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 5 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. 6 Brickedging of both side of the S.O.B brick 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar all labur finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including all labour, T&P sudries required for proper completion of work. As per schedule P.W.D 765 7 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 8 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen(VG-10) using Bituman distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 9 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by(ex.cost of) seal coat ofType C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 10 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 11 Supplying and painting of thermo plastic road marking on the painted road surface at centre line and both edges of the road (In divider portin) 12 Supply & Fixing Of Inauguration Stone.
