ALL SCREWS & NUTS TO BE ASSEMBLED WITH SPECIFIED TORQUEACID RESISTANCE BOLTS TO BE PARTLY COATED WITH THIN LAYER OF MOLYBDENUM DISULPHIDE PRIOR TO ASSEMBLING.(SPARES - VENDOR SUPPLY )

HOUSINGS TO CHECK INTERNALLY FOR CRACKS IF ANY; USING DYE PENETRANT.ALL ITEMS TO ASSEMBLE & REINSTALL IN PLACE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. INLET; OUTLET AND COMPENSATING LINE OPENINGS ON P/PS BODIES TO SEAL EFFECTIVELY PRIOR & AFTER REPAIRS. HYDRAULIC LINE OPENINGS ON BOARD THE VESSEL TO BE ALSO SEALED WITH STEEL BLANKS AND JOINTS FASTENED WITH AT LEAST FOUR NUTS AND BOLTS AFTER REMOVAL OF P/PS.SYSTEM PRESSURE CONTROL VALVESPEED CONTROL VALVE& RELIEF VALVE TO BE CHECKED FOR PROPER OPERATIONS.LOAD TRIALS TO PROVE TO THE SATISFACTION OF CEO/SUPDT.SYSTEM TO BE FLUSHED WITH FLUSHING OIL (SHIP SUPPLY). HOWEVER P/P FOR FLUSHING / FILTERS AND CONNECTING FLEXIBLE TO BE PROVIDED BY VEDNOR. LEAKSTO RECTIFY. THEREAFTER SYSTEM TO CHARGE WITH FRESH HYDRAULIC OIL TO PURGE AND COMMISSION.
