    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Repair And Maintenance Of Distribution Transformers Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments REPAIR/MANIT OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AT MATHURA CANTT UNDE (EAST) MATHURA. Disconnecting electrical connections of step down trans electric shutdown and transportation of transformers from Sub station to transformer factory & back. Loading & Unloading of transformers (2-Times) from Sub station to transformer factory & back. Transformers dismantling by hydra or an other arrengement by contractor Taking down old burned copper copper coil and rewinding of transformer HV coil (433 Volt) with super enamelled copper wire winding of same guage including necessary insulating materials and baking the coil in vacuum furnace transformers including assembly & connections, ovening and taking, testing pre/ in process and final complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of old painted external surface of transformer by removing the scrap, rust, washing including cleaning & spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed Supply only new transformer oil, clear, transparent and free from all type of suspended matter or sediment, ISI marked as per IS:335/93 with amdt. No.1 (Reaffirmed: 2005) dehydrated to give BDV value not less than 60 KV when tested with 2.5 mm gap electrode for topping up complete all as specified and directed. Supply only HV fitting with bushings for 11KV/433V distribution transformer complete all as specified Supply only transformer gasket suitable for 11KV/433V distribution transformer complete all as specified Supply only HV bushing with gasket suitable for 11KV/433V distribution transformer complete all as specified Supply only LV bushing with gasket suitable for 11KV/433V distribution transformer complete Total Quantity :
