    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Amc For Ht& Lt Breakers Of Rls Area Switchgear Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Servicing of HT Breakers (VCB/VCUs) used in 6.6kV HT switchgears and 415V LT Breakers at RLS of NTPC Pakri Barwadih site. The HT breakers are L&T make. 415 LT breakers of L&T make are in TP-14 MCC. 2. Servicing /overhauling of following are covered under the present scope: • Servicing/Overhauling and Testing of all type of VCBs, VCUs in HT switchgear i.e. 6.6kV installed at RLS NTPC Pakri Barwadih site. • Servicing/Overhauling and Testing of all type of ACBs up to 1600A rating in LT switchgear (TP-14 MCC) at RLS NTPC Pakri Barwadih site. 3. The Scope of work covers trouble shooting, rectification, preventive and general servicing and overhauling of HT & LT breakers as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 4. The servicing includes servicing and testing of breakers as per OEM standard checklist & practices and vendor shall submit the service report alongwith test reports of each breakers to NTPC representative after each visit. Any minor repair/unforeseen job required for healthiness of breakers has to be done by the vendor. 5. Any special tools necessary for completion of job as per scope shall be in the scope of vendor. 6. Servicing /overhauling of HT Breakers shall include following works, as applicable: - a. Visual inspection of the Breaker. b. Cleaning of the Breaker by clean cotton cloth. Total Quantity :
