Tender For Provision Of Roof Top Solar Plants Totalling 250 Kw At Certain Buildings At Sangrur; 1 Designing, surveying of site, Installing, testing and commisioning of ON GRID roof top solar plant offollowing capacities at Bldg No P-400 (100 KW), P-16 (25 KW), P-05 A (20 KW), P-05 B (20 KW), P-05 C (20 KW), P-05 E (20 KW), P-24 (20 KW), P-17 (15 KW), P-07 (10 KW) at Sangrur totalling 250 KWp (AC) including civil/ electrical infrastructure of size as per designers recommendation for housing inverter, electrical / electronic equipment associated with solar plant as per latest IS at Patiala Mil Stn comprising of following :-Note :- (i) MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS/STANDARDS FOR SPV SYSTEMS/ PLANTS TO BE DEPLOYED AS PER MINISTRY OF NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY ARE MANDATORILY TO BE COMPLIED WITH IN THE DESIGN. SOME OF THESE ARE NARRATED HERE-IN-AFTER. FOR OTHER DETAILS WEBSITE/PUBLICATIONS OF MNRE MAY BE REFERRED. 2 SOLAR PV MODULES:(A) The Make of PV modules shall be as per approved ALMM list of MNRE, must confirm to the latest edition of IEC/ equivalent BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval:(i)Monocrystalline Half-Cut TOPCon N-Type Bifacial modules: IEC 61215, IEC TS 60904-1-2, IEC 62804-1 / IS14286 (ii) In addition, the modules must confirm to IEC 61730 Part-1 requirements for construction & Part -2 requirements for testing for safety qualification or Equivalent IS PV modules corrosive atmosphere : IEC-61701 / BIS 61701 and PV modules in sandy environment : IEC-600068-2-68 3 (B) Specifications of PV module :(i) Silicon Crystalline SPV cells shall be used in the Solar Photovoltaic module.(ii) Minimum Peak power Rating 545 W(iii) Minimum Module efficiency-21.13 %(iv) FillFactor -0.7(v) Performance ratio - greater than 75%(vi) Transmittance - Above 90%(vii) Bending - Less than 0.3%(viii) Minimum current Imp – 12.98 A(ix) Minimum voltage Vmp – 42.01 V(x) Minimum short circuit current Isc – 13.59 A(xi) Minimum open circuit Voltage Voc – 49.91 V(xii) It shall be made of high transitivity glass and front surface shall give high encapsulation gain.(xiii) Standard size and weight as per NISE(xiv) Mc4 connector as per requrement 4 (C) RF identification tag (RFID) Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must contain the following information:(i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module(ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture (separately for solar cells and module)(iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)- Made in India only (DCR type)(v) I-V curve for the module(vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module(vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module(viii) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate(ix) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9000 series.(x) Mono Bi- facial (Top CON N type) low iron tempered glass 3.2 mm thick, made of anodized aluminum alloy (6063,temper T5, silver colour), junction box confirming to IP 68.NOTE: RFID shall be mandatorily place inside the module laminate. 5 (D) Junction boxes : Supply and fix junction boxes of suitable nos (as per design)/OEM recommendations inputs and suitably rated output having separate DC fuses for both (+) & (-) on input and isolator on output terminal for each string. Each junction box must have a spare input terminal. The junction boxes shall be dust and vermin proof and water proof of FRP/Thermo plast with IP 65 protection in compliance with IEC 62208 and shall be UV resistant, fire retardant. It shall have surge protection and maintenance free earthing as per relevant standard. The junction box shall have suitable arrangement of the following:- (a) The strings are requird to be connected to the copper bus bar through individual fuses.(b) Provide arrangement for disconnection (DC dis-connection switch) fo each SJB/SCB.(c) Provide atest point for each sub group for quick fault location and to provide group array isolation.(d) Each array box shall be of relevant IEC standard.(e) Each array junction box shall have suitable bypass & reverse blocking diodes for maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V with suitable arrangement of its connection. Reverse blocking and bypass diodes shall work for extreme temperatures and shall have efficiency of 99.98% confirmed by appropriate IEC standard.Make: As per recomandation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer. 6 (E) General requirements for PV module:(i) PV modules must qualify (enclose test report/ certificate from IEC /NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard Additionally the performance of PV modules at STC conditions must be tested and approved by one of the IEC/NABL Accredited Testing Laboratories. Qualification certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory as per relevant standard for any of the higher wattage regular module should be accompanied with the STC report/ certificate. For details of Test Labs refer Ministry of New And Renewable Energy website. The report submitted should not be older than 5 years.(ii) PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. If not then the SPV will replace immediately without any cost.(iii) All materials used shall have a proven history of reliability and stable operation in outdoor application. It shall perform satisfactorily in relative humidity up to 85% with temperatures between (-) 10 degree C and (+) 85 degree C and shall withstand gust up to 200km/hour on the surface of the panel. Each and every SPV module shall be checked for conformity with relevant standard and no negative tolerance shall be accepted.(iv) The interconnected cells shall be laminated in vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions.(v) The module frame is made of corrosion resistant materials,having aluminum anodized finish with suitable min thickness as per designer/OEM.(vi) The minimum clearance between the lower edge of the modules and the roof level shall be 600 mm .The panel shall be fixed at tilt angle considering the latitude of proposed location for maximum utlization of solar energy 7 GRID TIED INVERTER : Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Solar Grid Connected multistring type inverter of suitable capacity in suitable Nos as per OEM/design(Total capacity of inverters shall not be less than 250 KW), invertor shall designed to give maximum yield for installed capacity , three phase, AC operated complete with following features complete all as per specified and directed . (a) General Specifications :(i) BIS / IEC Certified(ii) Built -in DC Switch(iii) LCD /LED Display(iv) Communication : Network logistics and string system (v) Warranty - 10 Yrs(vi) Safety Standards(vii) BIS Certified(viii) MPPT trackersMake: As per recomandation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer. 8 (b) INPUT DATA DC :(i) Max recommended DC power should be 50% more than the inverter capacity(ii) Max DC volts - 1100 V, start up voltage - 200 V(iv) MPPT range - 140 V - 1000 V(v) Rated input voltage - 625 V(c)OUT PUT DATA AC:(i) Nominal Output Voltage: 415 V(ii) Output Voltage range: 415 V + 20%(iii) Output Frequency : 50 Hz + 3 Hz(iv) Efficiency : > 98 %(v) Rated power AC - AS per plant capacity(vi) Power factor - unity as default and 0.9 leading to 0.9 lagging(vii) Max output current As per plant capacity(d) Protection(i) Anti Islanding (ii) DC Rev Polarity(iii) Over Temperature(iv) Leakage Current (v) Over Voltage(vi) Over Current(vii) Eearth Fault Current (viii) Surge Protection 9 ACDB: Outdoor type powder coated weather proof, vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet front openable door, locking arrangement, including suitable working space in ACDB busbar chamber, cable box chamber includingaluminum busbar of designedcapacity/ bus raisers suitable capacities with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colour for phases identification, including all bus raiser shall be extend upto cable box chamber fixed on fibre insulation for RYB & neutral to all out going cable, confirming to IP-65 and fixed on wall / floor with control wiring with comprising cable gland brass, copper lugs etc. and comprising the following as per design :- (i) MCCB 4P Adjustable Thermal and magnetic for outgoing(ii) MCCB 4P Adjustable Thermal and magnetic for incoming(iii) AC type 2 Surge Protection Device(iv) Spreader Terminals as per requirement (v) Multifunction meter for measurement of V, I, KWH, KVAH & PF etc.(vi) CT of ratio 630/5 Amps(vii) Aluminum busbar chamber Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer. 10 DCDB :-Outdoor type powder coated, weather proof, dust proof, vermin proof made out in CRCA sheet front openable door, looking arrangement, including suitable working space in DCDB busbar chamber, cable box chamber including copper bus raisers with PVC sleeves/ tape RYB colours for phase identification, including all bus raiser shall be extend upto cable box chamber, confirming to IP-65 and fixed on wall /floor with contral wiring with comprising cable gland brass, copper lugs etc.(i) MCCB as per requrement(ii) Fuse as per requrement(iii) Aluminum busbar chamber Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modules and approved by Accepting Officer. 11 CABLES & WIRES :- All cables and wires required to make the system fully functional with adequateloop to be provided.The laying of cables will be as per standard norms to include excavation in trenches, sand cushioning, refilling, removing of surplus soil and brick protection cable cover/ cable tray where ever required to lay the cables. The laying of wires will be as per standards including mild steel conduct etc.Specifications for DC cable :-(a) Conductor material : Annealed tinned copper conductor(b) Max PV system voltage (D.C) : 1800 volts(c) Ambient temperature range :- 40 °C to + 80 °C(d) Max conductor Temperature at termination of short circuit : 250 °C(e) DC cable shall be woven double twisted, hexagonal shaped Zn + PVC coated wire mesh type 80 x 100mm of wire 3.70mm dia as per IS 16014.(f) Cable Batch No/Drum No and code & size make shall be printed /embossed at every one meter.(g) Type of conductor : As per class 5 according to EN 60228/IEC 60228(h) Insulation material : Chemically cross linked XLPO(j) Type of insulation : According IEC 60502-1, EN-50363-1(k) Nominal thickness of insulation : 0.80mm(l) The cable should be compatiable upto the life of solar PV pannels i.e. 25 years(m) Suitable size cable tray for laying of cable AC/ DC will be included in overall cost quoted. 12 MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE :- (a) Suitable mounting structure Fixed type without tracking component for SPV module shall be provided as per design criteria considering live load, dead load, wind load, as per the location and as per the guidelines.(b) The base columns shall be made with reinforced cement concrete as per design based on site related data.(c) The frames and leg assemblies of the array structures shall be made of MS hot dip galvanized. Minimum thickness of galvanization should be at least 80 microns.(d) All fasteners shall be of Stainless steel – SS 304, Nut & bolts, supporting structure including module mounting structures shall have to be adequately protected against climatic condition.(e) The mounting structure suitable for PV module should with stand minimum horizontal wind speed of 200 Km/hr.(f) The structure should be designed to allow easy replacement of any module and shall be in line with site requirement (g) Two number of anti theft fastner of stainless steel on two diagonally opposite corner of each module shall be provided.(h) The MMS stub/column, rafter, purlin, ties and bracing members shall conform to following Indian standard : IS 2062 -Hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel , IS 811-Cold formed light gauged structural steel section , IS 1161 –steel tube for structural purposes, IS 4923- Hollow steel section for structural use. Minimum grade of steel sections for conforming to IS 811 and IS 4923 shall be E350 conforming to IS 2062 and Y 310 conforming to IS 1608 respectively. Note – (i) The contractor should submit design of structure including inclination of module mounting structure and shall be at par with location of Patiala Mil station.(ii) Approval of document neither relieves the vendor/contractor of his contractual obligation and responsibilities for correctness of design drawings, dimension, quality and specification of materials weights quantities assembly fits, sysytems/ performance requirement and confirmily of supplies with technical specification. (iii) Any necessary item required for functioning of SPV but not catered in the contract will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.(iv) Fixing arrangement of mms on roof shall be as per design.Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modulesand approved by Accepting Officer. 13 BOS (BALANCE OF SYSTEM) items / components of the SPV power plants/ systems deployed under this project must confirm to the latest edition of IEC or equivalent BIS Standards/ MNRE specificationsand as specified of MINIMAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / STANDARDS FOR SPV SYSYTEMS / PLANTS TO BE DEPLOYED as specifiedUNDER THE PROGRAMMES OF MINISTRY OF NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY available on MNRE website.(i) Test certificates/ reports for the BOS items/ components can be from any of the NABL/ IEC Accredited testing Laboratories or MNRE approved test centers. The list of MNRE approved test centers will be reviewed and updated from time to time. The list as applicable as on last date of receipt of tender shall be treated as applicable for this tender.(ii) All items to integrate all the small and large equipments requirement for the commissioning of the Solar Power Plant shall be included. All the equipments including cabling and the installation methodology are followed as per the installation guidelines and manuals by the Panel & Inverter manufactures.Make: As per recommendation of OEM and approved by Accepting Officer. 14 Earthing : Maintenance free chemical earthing comprising of suitable Nos of earthing with specifications given: (a) Copper earth rod of min size 17.2mm dia x 3 mtr long, ISI marked and IEC62561-2:2018 certified. (b) Fixing of copper strip as per design (minimum size 25mm x 3mm), with connections to the earth electrode using exothermic welding.(c) Use of excel electrofill plus compound (IEC 62561 - 7: 2018 certified) mixed with soil having adequate moisture retention copability to a depth of approx one metre from the bottom the pit. (Approx-40 kg).(d) Addition of carbon based RoHS & TCLP- certified electrofill compound (high conductivity), mixed with soil and water to form a slurry and filled upto 35 percent of the pit depth above the base compund layer (Approx-40 kg).(e) Add gravel at the top of the portion for easy passage of water and removal of air bubbles at the time of filling of electrofill plus excel compound is necessary for easy dissipation of fault current.(f) Fixing of PVC earth pit chamber of size 24 x 24 cm with M8 SS 304- grade nut and bolts all as specified.(g) FRP earthing display board 254x 380mm made out of plastic material showing information related to type of earthing, earthing result, due data of plastic hollow pipe of 20mm dia. Note- Cost of earthing and excavation incl in rate quoted.(h) Earthing system including earth strips/ cables etc for earthing of solar PV module/ Array etc as per latest IS/MNRE norms to be provided and the cost of the same is to be included in overall cost no extra amount will be found to the contractor on this account. (j) All the equipments including PV modules, Module mounting structure (MMS), Inverters, LA and string monitoring unit structure in PV array field shall be connected to common earthing system.(k) Each PV module frame shall be earthed using copper wire suitable size as per design. 15 Lightening Protection Lightining Arrestor of the required number of suitable Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightning arrestors in the amay field. Lightning arrestors/surge arrestors shall conform to IEC 60099-4 or IS:3070 except to the extent modified in the specifications. Arrestors shall be of hermetically sealed units, self-supporting construction, suitable for mounting on lattice type support with the following:-(i) The air terminal should be capable of racking the lightning stroke 60 micro seconds earlier as compare to passive lightning rod.(ii) The air terminal is Early Streamer Emission (ESE) type which shall be fixed at the top of a GI elevation pole with base so as be at least 2 meters above the structure to be protection. Its height above top of solar panel would be dependent on the level of protected and the protection radil required(iii) The air terminal should be working on the principle of early streamer emission using non-radioactve technology, needing no external power source.(iv) The air terminal is stainless steel and it has qualified diameter to resist high values of lightining currents(v) Roof connecting pipe should be capable of withstand in lightning strikes having dimension/dia as per design. Note: LA shall be provided for each solar roof top plant. 16 Weather Monitoring System(A) Pyranometer : The pyranometer (ISO 9060 classification ) alongwith necessary assessories for measuring incidental solar radiation at horizontal and inclined plane of array. Specifications of the pyranometer shall be as follows :- (i) Spectral response : 031 to 2.8 micron,(ii) Time response (95%). Max 15 second(iii)Nonlinearity + 0.5% (iv) Temperature response : - 2%(v) Tilt error <+/- 0.5% (vi)Zero offset themal radiation +7W/Sqm (vii) Zero offset temperature change + 2 W/Sqm(viii) Operating temperature range - 0°C to 80°C(ix) Non stabillity Maximum - 0.8%,(x) Resolution minimum +/-1 W/Sqm (xi)Output Analog 4.50mA (xii) Digital RS 485 The instrumentshall be supplied with necessary length of cable, calibration certificate, traceability to world radiation reference (WRR) or world rediation centre shall be furnished alongwith the equipment. Note: Only one Weather Monitoring System shall be provided for the whole project.Make: As per recomandation of OEM and approved by Accepting Officer. 17 (B) Temperature sensor : It shall include temperature sensor for ambient temperature measurement with shielding case and for module temperature measurement. The temperature sensor shall be resistance temperature deductor (RTD) /semi conductor type with measurment range suitable for site climatic conditions. The instrument shall have valid calibration certificate.Note: Temperature sensor shall be provided for each solar roof top plant. Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modulesand approved by Accepting Officer. 18 (C) Anemometer: It shall include 01(one) No ultrasonic wind sensor for wind speed and direction monitoring with following specification: (a) Velocity range with accuracy limit : 70 m/sec with +/-2% accuracy at @ 13 m/s, resolution 0.01 m/s (b) wind direction range with accuracy limit :0 to 360 degree (No deed band) with plus/minus 2 degree accuracy @ 12 m/s and resolution 1 degree (c) Mounting bracker: Anodised aluminium bracket to reduce corrosion all mounting bolts of SS.(d) Protection class :IP66 (e) Output : RS232 and RS485.Note: Temperature sensor shall be provided for each solar roof top plant.Make: As per recommendation of OEM for SPV Modulesand approved by Accepting Officer. 19 SCADA : SPV monitoring system andMobile App capable of collecting data from each solar inverter to provide real time string level monitoring (web and mobile) for 25 years to display the one or more PV systems. It should supply the historical and aggregated data. All the data should be logged and be able to be securely reviewed and analysed at any time from any location , generation of comprehensive reports on sites energy production, technical status, immediate fault detection and troubleshooting , efficient maintenance management, issues status reports and sends alerts to mobile phones and via Email, provide interactive charts, (play back feature which visualizes the harvested power of a site during a selected time fragment, monitoring pp to be easily available via web browser and mobile App store, fios and playstore for Android, have kiosk display feature for enabling for to showcase the PV site performance on a display in public spaces like bldg lobbies. 20 General Notes:-The items of work mentioned in items 01 to 1.18 of this schedule shall be executed as per following :- (i) Contractor shall submit the complete design of solar photovoltaic plants systems duly vetted by IIT/NIT within four weeks after acceptance of tender supported with detailed drgs to CE for approval before execution work.(ii) The design must ensure minimum power generation of 1200 units/year/KW.(ii) The roof top solar power plant must ensure a minimum capacity utilization factor of 19 % over 25 years.(iv) Surge arresting device to be provided at junction box and module shall be provided with bypass diode.(v) Service Support: On- site service support within 24 hours by OEM authorized service center with at least 05 years of experience.(vi) If performance of the SPV is not achieved with the permissible limit, Contractor shall bound to replaced the same with same make/ model and no extra payment will made in this effect.(vii) If the solar invertor as specified here in before is not available in the market , contractor will provide the same of higher capacity as available in the market without any extra cost.(viii) All suitable size copper cables as per load requirement from SPV system to invertor for interconnection purpose shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.(ix) The specific attention of designers and vetting authorities is invited towards the fact that adequate protective measures shall be adopted suitably in design to avoid damage to PV cells. The location for proposed work is Patiala Mil Stn and available roof top in twelve different Bldg No P-400 (100 KW), P-16 (25 KW), P-05 A (20 KW), P-05 B (20 KW), P-05 C (20 KW), P-05 E (20 KW), P-24 (20 KW), P-17 (15 KW), P-07 (10 KW) at Sangrur.(x) The bidder shall carefully design and accommodate requisite numbers of the modules in the available area as per topography to achieve the rated power in his bid.(xi)The bidder shall provide the sample solar PV module electrical characteristics including current-voltage(I-V) performance curves and temperature coefficients of power, voltage and current.(xii) The bidder shall provideoperation and maintenance mannual, maintenance schedule, test reports/certificates, equipment drgs and specifications after completion of work.(xiii) Any damage done to the roof treatment of the bldg during the installation of solar power plant will be made good by the contractor. Roof treatment required for the damaged part will be as per existing roof treatment. Quoted rates are inclusive of making good of the damaged roof treatment and no extra cost will be paid on this account.(xiv) ACDB, DCDB panels shall be provided with suitable numbers of earthings (as per Indian electricity rules) as per IS code to achieve desirable earth resistance. 21 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core all as directed and specified. 22 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core all as directed and specified. 23 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core all as directed and specified. 24 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core all as directed and specified. 25 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as apecified and directed. 26 Returning filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed 28 Material & Labour sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable, complete all as specified & directed. The rooftop Solar Power Plant shall comprise of the following :-[a] Solar PV Modules[b] On grid inverters outdoor type [c] ACDBs and DCDBs[d] LT Panels Outdoor type double door [e] Lightening protection system [f] On grid Data Acquistition/Plant monitoring system [g] Water Storage Tanks[h] Water tapping posts and piping for washing of modules[j] AC and DC Cable network and Communication cable networkNotes: (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI with minimum three years experience or Seven Years experience in handling solar power plant of Cap minimum 1 MW.(ii) Staff employed by the contractor shall carry out daily cleaning , checking/maintenance of equipments as mentioned here-in-beforeand internal portion of installationand external cleaning all around the installation premises and maintain installation in presentable condition all time all as specified and directed. (iii) Staff employed shall be responsoble for washing of solar modules with the help of running water and wiping and drying the modules completely. The contractor shall provide wipers, washing hose/pipe and cotton clothes to the staff deployed without any extra cost. 43 (iv) The contractor shall take a printout of Daily Generation report of the each SPV Plant on A4 size paper and submit to Engineer-in-charge on dailly basis. Also he will keep a record of the same on a register, which shall be made available to Enginner-in-Charge on weekly basis. Providing ink cartridge suitable for the printer and A4 sheets is contractors responsibility without any extra cost. He will also provide daily log sheets, shutdown register, breakdown register, first aid kit etc to the staff deployed. Daily log sheets, shutdown register and breakdown register duly entered with real time data shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge on weekly basis. (v) Any breakdown in the plant shall be intimated to JE concerned and Engineer-in-Charge within an hour of event, otherwise a penalty of Rs. 100/- per hour shall be levied on the contractor. (vi) The contractor shall carry out routine check and maintain log sheet daily/weekly/monthly, upkeep the installation and rectify normal troubleshooting for smooth functioning of installations.(vii) Contractor will maintain log sheet daily and submit to department duly completed along with attendance sheet and payment register. (viii) Shift timing shall be as per directed by Engr in charge.(ix) Contractor shall also provide proper uniform (Winter & Summer) as approved by the GE to operators.if any operator is found without uniform penalty @ Rs. 500.00 per shift per operator shall be recovered from the Contractor. (x) Necessary T&P, ladders, hand gloves (02 sets), tool kits etc for maintaining the services shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.(xi) The contractor shall abide by EPF, ESI and minimum wages rules imposed and ammended by govt time time to time.(xii) Any defects occuring in Solar PV modules, Inverter, ACDB, DCDB, cables and weather monitoring system due to manufacturing defects shall be replaced by the contractor free of cost. 44 Description all as per Item No 22.01 to 22.02 abovebut (For the second 11 months from the date of completion of Phase II, During Defect Iiability Period).
