    Bids Are Invited For Goods Transport Service €“ Per Trip Based Service - Machinery & Equipment; Platform Truck; 28 Ft Truck i. Transportation of Consignment from Space Applications Centre Ahmedabad, Gujrat380015 to ISRO Intertial Systems Unit, vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthaouram-695013 in a trailer on full load basis. ii. Date of Requirement: Exact date of requirement will be intimated in two days advance. Such intimation will be given within 30 days from the date of awarding contract iii. Transportation of Consignment using 28 ft long flatbed trailer. Requirement is for one time only. iv. Container of dimension 3 x 3 x 3 meter (Lx B x H) and weight 1800 Kgs has to be transported through the trailer on full load basis. Number of boxes in consignment may be increased subject to availability of space in trailer. v. Consignor will do loading at Origin. vi. Consignee will do unloading at Destination. vii. Vehicle should not be more than 10 years old. viii. Contractor should submit valid RTO documents, Insurance certificate, National permit, fitness certificate etc after awarding of work order. ix. Vehicle should report at 09:00 hrs on the day of loading x. Vehicle should reach its destination within 5 days (starting from next day of loading) during working hours of our office i.e 09:00 hrs to 1730 hrs (Monday to Friday). xi. There shall be no transhipment of the consignment enrout. xii. Transportation of consignment on door collection and door delivery and full load basis. xiii. Vehicle should report to the point of loading with full tank fuel. Total Quantity :
