Tender For Spl Repair To Swimming Pool At Ota Gaya; 1 Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & pointed in any Mortarall as specified and directed. 2 M & L 300mmx300mm HP Faux Mosaic Blue coloure tiles of 6 to 7 mm thick in floors including adhesive and water proofing compoundetc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 complete. 3 M & L 300mmx300mm HP Faux Mosaic Blue coloure tiles of6 to 7 mm thickin vertical surfaceincluding adhesive and water proofing compound etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and incl 10mm thick rendering with CM 1:4 complete. 4 M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling coarse of floor complete. 5 Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes,channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement. 6 M&L for swimming pool diving board made up of FRP and verma wood including necessary nut and bolts for fixing all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for two coats of exterior weather proof paint white or tinted on walls, fascia of roof or chajjas, col facia at any height on old painted surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered or unplastered surfaces of bldg all as specified & directed.Make : Asian Paints(Apex dust proof) or equivalent paint. 8 M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B 0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,copings including necessary form work all as specified and as directed 9 Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 40 mm inner dia confirming to IS:14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed. 10 S&F in repalement Steel tubing galvanised iron, light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection along the pole, under road/ depth or under drains complete including 30x5mm FI clamps made to shape incl nuts, bolts & washers complete and taking down old unserviceable pipe all as specified all as specified and directed 11 Supply and fix in replacement post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management inmultiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including providing necessary connections with 3 core 1.5 Sqmm stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cable upto 3 metre length complete all as specified and directed. 13 All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but for cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core complete. 14 All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but for cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core complete. 15 Supply & fixing in replacement PVC junction box of size 168 x 253 x 115 outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and out going cable / wire complete comprising with the followings :- (a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips 100 Amps capacity insulated with insulators, including colour coding and control wiring from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SP 6 Amps - 01 No. Make of MCB: ABB/Havells/Legrand (c) clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron duly welded with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed. 16 PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping of new pole, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed 17 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as per & directed. 18 Returning filling including spreading levelling watering & well Ramming in layers not Exc 25 cm complete all as spfd & directed. 19 Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed. 20 Supply and laying for brick of common burnt clay, sub class B old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as specified and directed. 21 Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Consolidated / Punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work. 22 Supply and laying river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning / protection to cable including spreading, levelling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site.
