Tender For Attending Bt Patchwork At Main Roads In Zone -4 & Cross Roads Ib Ward No.29,30,43; 1 Charges for Cutting the BT Surface to 5cm to 7cm depth using Machine conveying the mild waste materials to atleast for 20km distance including hire and running charges for the machine,conveyance charges,unloading at unobjectionable place,clearing the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen items etc,complete as per the direction of the departmental officer 2 Providing and laying Prime coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with primer using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications 3 Providing and laying 50mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24cum of 26.5-13.2mm graded metal and 0.25cum of 13.2-2.36mm graded metal and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below metal with 53.20kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paversite, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete using CMP clause 505 ofMORTH Rev-5 specifications. 4 Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm thickusing 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with45.27 kgs of 60/70bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) andfor premixing per 10 sqmincluding cost and conveyance of all materials toC M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm/ 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction byVibratory roller tothe required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30tC M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,includingall other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications. 5 Supply of FRC Manhole 600mm Size Cover with frame including cost of conveyance loading fixing the the same etc,complete 6 Raising the existing circular manhole in heavy type including the removing the existing the man hole cover with frame and dismantling the existing the cement concrete wall and tar roadsurface around the manholes using 1:2:4 20mm jelly for raising the existing the manhole wall and using CC 1:2:4 with 20mm chips for finishing the top surface of manhole etc., complete. 7 Add GST 18%
