Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Fabrication Of Vehicle Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Construction of Vehicle The Force Traveller T2 4020 BS-VI Mini Bus vehicle shall be provided by O/o Spl. DGP, Security for the fabrication of Anti Drone System (ADS). 2. Whole body of vehicle should be divided in three compartments i.e the front part for driver cabin, middle part for Monitoring and rear part for Hydraulic Tower of RF Detection Antenna, inverter with batteries, Generator Set & equipment rack. 3. The supplier firm shall submit a detailed fabrication drawing to the department before the fabrication of ADS for approval by the Technical Committee. 4. One oil based hydraulic tower shall be fitted on the floor at rear compartment of the vehicle. 5. The Hydraulic Tower for RF detection antenna should be operated manually/Automatic. Height of telescopic mast from the floor level should be minimum 12 feet. 6. Draining pipe of rain water should be provided at the casing box of RF Antenna. The same should be designed as outer case of hydraulic tower. 7. The 5KVA Inverter along with 4Hrs. Backup should be fitted in the vehicle for uninterrupted power supply to the Anti Drone System. 8. Dry Lead Acid batteries should be installed with Inverter and these batteries shall be kept in ventilated compartment at rear side of vehicle 9. Branded 5KVA or better capacity silent Generator for providing the power supply to the complete system should be installed in the rear compartment (Firm shall mention about Brand Name, Model, Type of Fuel and capacity of Generator) 10. Complete Vehicle Mounted ADS System along with AC unit should works on 12, 24 & 220 Volt. 11. The main supply should be provided through 3 Pin/64 Amp. Industrial grade round Socket (Male) fitted at back side bumper of vehicle, 12. Two reels (each real 50 mtr. Long) of 3 Core Copper Cable should work on 220 Volt/64 amp. for main supply given to the vehicle. 13. One 3 Pin/64 Amp. round Socket (Female) should be fitted at one end of reel cable. 14. Exhaust fans along with Grill should be provided in rear and middle cabin. 15. All electrical wires should be secure under the structure of vehicle. Total Quantity :
