    Tender For Cost Estimate For Painting Of 315 Mva Tf Bhel Make Installed At 400 Kv Sub Station Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur. -Spray painting of complete surfaces of the 315 MVA Make Auto transformer (Very old) at 400 KV Sub Station Motiram Adda, Gorakhpur including Fan Control cubicales cooling fans, mounting structures etc. after through cleaning to remove old paint scales, rust and dust and oil spots using mild detergent/sand paper/wire brush as needed, washing the Transformer and drying/wiping with thin cotton cloth and finally applying one coat of Red Oxide Primer and then two coats of Grey colour of 1st Quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make with all cost of men and materials, misc consumables items and T&F etc. requires for the complete the job satistactorily. 2 Repairing and cleaning of marshalling box with the help of cotton cloths good quality brush and CTC, closing of all unwanted hole by metal strip along with tightening of all connections provided in these boxes and replacement of good quality rubber bid as per requirement of running length with cost of rubber bid and repairing and replacement of Marshalling Box door lock so that door will rpoperly open and closed with all cost of conumables, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work
