Tender For Repair / Maintenance Of Road At Zone B At Mil Station Gaya; 1 M& L for Preparing old existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and loose material applying evenly a tack coatwith pavingbitumen VG-10@ 5kg/10 sqm of road surface, laying Semi dense bituminous premix asphalticconcrete 30mm thickconsolidted thickness with 5.5% binder content of bitumen VG-30 by weight oftotal mix laid using mechanical paver, and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified anddirected. 2 M & L for applyinga tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg/10 Sqm of road surfacecomplete all as specified anddirected. 3 M & L Premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumenVG-30 complete all as specified anddirected. 4 M & L for Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweepingfree from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and making goodby applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg Per Ten Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply ofpremixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified anddirected. 5 Material & Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1.0 mm thick centre line/stop lines /dashes, arrows etc. and the like n exc 10cm width on road pavements with hot thermoplastic road markingpaint of approved colour conforming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction completeall as specified and directed. 6 Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge 7 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed 8 S & F in repair of superior quality solar delineators 10 watt LED and 750-900 mm long which is mounted on a pole, cone etc to warn motorists from a distance of an approaching crossovers, flyovers etc. including PCC Type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 300 x300x 300 mm and excavation and removal of surplus soil and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Make Dark Eye Model No SKU: DA-112-(SOLAR-DELINEATOR)/Spark Eye Model No SE-612. 9 S & F in repair of superior quality Speed Bump 350 mm wide and 50 mm height(min weight 5210 gms) per-colored material (Black/Yellow) and UV stabilizers keep them perpetually colorful, Studded with reflectors on either side, which is mounted on a road including fasters and screws as per manufacturer instruction complete and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Make Dark Eye Model No DA-1008/Spark Eye Model No SE-717 (SPEED BUMP). 10 S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1998
