Tender For Maintenance Of Shamshan Ghat In Village Aimnabad, Greater Noida. - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30.00M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removaland disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (where machine con not reach/move)(SOR/251 (A)/4.1.1) 2 Depth from 0.0 to 1.5 M below G.L. 3 Cement concrete with 4cm gaugeApproved stone ballast course sand & cement in the proporation of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & Plants etc required for proper completion of the work 4 8:4:1 (1 Cement 4: Course sand :8 greaded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (SOR-20/5.4.3) 5 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand 2.20 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR/Itemno-305(A) 6.1.4) 6 2cm thick Damp Proof Course with Cement and approved coarse sand 1:2 with and including water proofing as ordered by the Engineer incharge in the proportion as by the manufacturer including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing &shutterings as necessary (SOR-20/360) 7 Painting on DPC or over roof slab one coat of air blown bitumen S-35 (60/70) of S-90 (80/100) grade @ one Kg/Sqm including cost of fuel wood other materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (SOR-20/362) 8 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand 2.20 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303) 9 As in item no 303 to 307 above but in superstructure including necessary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not tobe less than 1½ brick Add extra labour to above items. (DSR-18/11.2) 19 Providing and laying 60mm Thick ISI mark factory made Cement Concrete interlocking paver block made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design, shape, laid in required coloured of M-35 & pattern over and including averege 50mm Thick Compacted bed fine sand and filling the joints with fine sand all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge with conforming to ISI-15658 & IRC:SP:63 (DDSR-18/16.68/GNIDA/AR) 20 Labor cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
