Round The Clock Operation And Maintenance Of Electro-Mechanical Equipment Of Clear Water Pumping Station For 9 Mld Capacity Wtp Under Pujali Municipality For 33(Thirty Three) Months.- 1 Round the clock operation &maintenance ofthe Pumping Stationwith adequate number of workingpersonnel for each month as per direction of the EIC. 2 For the period of First year 3 For the period of Second year 4 For the period of Third year 5 Checking of all the Mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinary as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the EIC. (Twice in week) 6 For the period of First year 7 For the period of Second year 8 For the period of Third year 9 Checking of all the Electricalparts including Battery Bankand preventive maintenance of all pump machinary as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of the EIC . (Twice in week) 10 For the period of First year 11 For the period of Second year 12 For the period of Third year 13 Supervision of all the staffs & look-after the entire pumping station to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechnical equipment and conveying the same to the EIC or his authorized representative and to carry out the instructions given by them within the stipulated time frame.(Twice in week) 14 For the period of First year 15 For the period of Second year 16 For the period of Third year 17 Supplying of the following consumable materials for minor maintenance of all the Electro-mechanical equipment. 18 Gland Packing(6mm) 19 TBH Oil (Grade: VG 46 or equivalent) 20 Supply of Grease 21 Indicating Lamp for Panel Only 22 HRC fuse link ( 2-16 ) Amp. 23 FuseHolder 20 Amp 24 DIN Type HRC Fuse Linkswith base. (Rating: 80 A, ) 25 32 A TP MCCB , 50 KA with magnetic release type( Motor duty) for S/C protection. Extended type door drive (MAKE: L&T/ABB/Schneider/Siemens) 26 FuseHolder 63 Amp( both side cable) 27 Rotary Handle 28 Single core Cu conductor 2.5 sq.mm 29 Supply of MCB 30 LED Tube fittings for 20W LED tubes[Make : - Phillips or equivalent] 31 20W LED Tube [Make : - Phillips or equivalent] 32 Supply delivery and fitting fixing of LED street light luminaire 54 Watt [Make : - Phillips or equivalent] 33 Supply delivery and fitting fixing of LED street light luminaire 100 Watt [Make : - Phillips or equivalent] 34 Supply delivery and fitting fixing of LED Midbay luminaire 104 Watt [Make : - Phillips or equivalent] 35 Removal of the L.T motor stool from its original position after disconnecting the motor connection & cooling water line , removal of T.B.H unit, gland packing box assembly etc. and disconnecting discharge branch from the delivery line for lifiting the coloumn pipes , line shafts, pump inpeller-shaft assembly and dismantle them for detection of fault thoroughly if necessary. Inspection and checking for finding out the damaged spare parts, minor rectification and placing them in a safe position to make it ready for further any maintenance process as per direction of EIC. 36 Minor repairing & rectification of already dismantled components of pump andre-installation of the Pump,Motor & other accesories etc to its original positionalong with supply of newly supplied gaskets, S.S fasteners etc by making proper allignmentbetween the line shaft and motor coupling after necessary adjustments within permissible limit, making re connection of thecooling water line ,LT cable & others& commissioning the system completeas per direction of EIC. 37 Cleaning of the Pump House & the equipment including supply of consumable like soap, phenyl Duster , mop etc.(Once in Week) 38 For the period of First year 39 For the period of Second year 40 For the period of Third year 41 GST @ 18% 42 Cess @ 1%
